Chief Executive Officer, Founder, Visionary Leader
Affectionately known as “The Millionaire Maker,” Dr. T.V. Wilson is a visionary leader, faith-driven entrepreneur, and transformational educator. Born and raised in historic Selma, Alabama, Dr. Wilson was recognized as a high-functioning genius by age 8 and delivered his first sermon at just 13 years old. A proud graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, he has built a legacy as the owner of multiple traditional businesses and the founder of a thriving private Christian academy.
With a heart for mentorship and empowerment, Dr. Wilson has served as CEO of Vision Makers International and was honored as Man of the Year by Omega Psi Phi. He is a three-time Home-Based Business Millionaire and has helped create over three dozen millionaires through his teachings and leadership.
Started the Concept of “BUSINESSTRY" a term coined by Dr. T.V. Wilson that blends “business” and “ministry”. It represents a purpose-driven approach to entrepreneurship, where business is used as a tool for service, impact, and spiritual fulfillment.
As the founder of XIXI Now, he combines faith, business acumen, and purpose to uplift lives globally—providing a path for others to become generous millionaires with a mission to change the world.

Denise Wilson, with nearly 30 years in education, currently serves as COO of XIXI NOW LLC and as an instructor. She is formerly an Education Specialist at ALSDE and holds a Master’s in Special Education. Passionate about community service, she leads “The Least of These (LOT)” initiative to support families during Christmas.

Professor Dalton's technology background spans IT and computer systems, digital electronics, web development, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. As an AI and technology educator, he focuses on applying practical innovation to build and modernize XIXI's global digital learning platform.

He is a Wholeness Empowerment Coach, leadership strategist, educator, and Kingdom builder with decades of experience developing people and organizations. He is the Founder of W.O.W Gospel Ministries International and President of Leverage Academy of Leadership & Business and a leader with in the International Christian Chamber of Commerce USA. Tom joined XIXI Now Success Academy Worldwide as a student in September 2021. He was invited to be an instructor at XIXI in March 2026 where he taught his first course titled, "Understanding Addiction" for the Spring 2026 Semester. He took over as Webmaster for XIXI's website in August 2026 and redesigned the website. Tom is the Owner of Orange Knight Media LLC a media company that is the home of all media products he writes and produces. He is the Owner of Cybervision Web, a website design company that specializes in designing websites for small businesses and non-profits. His ministries include War For Truth Ministries whose mission is to fight for truth in a world full of lies thus fulfilling Ephesians 5:11, and Deliverance From Addiction Outreach whose mission is to minister to drug addicts and those that love them. Tom is an author and has written a book about addiction titled, "Deliverance From Addiction: Breaking the Yoke & Healing the Hurt". Tom is also a veteran of the United States Navy.
