Bishop Dr. Perry L. Austin serves as the President of The XIXI School of Spiritual and Social Impact at XIXI Now Success Academy worldwide. He is a Wholeness Empowerment Coach, leadership strategist, educator, and Kingdom builder with decades of experience developing people and organizations. He is the Founder of W.O.W Gospel Ministries International and President of Leverage Academy of Leadership & Business and a leader with in the International Christian Chamber of Commerce USA. As a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Dr. Austin equips integrates faith, wholeness, leadership, and practical development to equip individuals to discover purpose, strengthen communities, create meaningful change, and build lasting generational impact worldwide.

Tom joined XIXI Now Success Academy Worldwide as a student in September 2021. He was invited to be an instructor at XIXI in March 2026 where he taught his first course titled, "Understanding Addiction" for the Spring 2026 Semester. He took over as Webmaster for XIXI's website in August 2026 and redesigned the website. Tom is the Owner of Orange Knight Media LLC a media company that is the home of all media products he writes and produces. He is the Owner of Cybervision Web, a website design company that specializes in designing websites for small businesses and non-profits. His ministries include War For Truth Ministries and Deliverance From Addiction Outreach. Tom is an author and has written a book about addiction titled, "Deliverance From Addiction: Breaking the Yoke & Healing the Hurt". Tom is also a veteran of the United States Navy.
